Dallas Police Department
The Dallas Police Department has been a customer of Zeteky since 2012.
DPD’s initial version, branded iWatchDallas, was created to allow Dallas citizens to anonymously report suspicious or criminal activity.
iWatchDallas provides mass-distribution incident reporting for emergency communications utilizing data management protocols found in social media solutions. The effectiveness of the application was proven during the City’s own active shooter/sniper event on July 7, 2016. Zeteky’s technology proved indispensable, providing critical information during this crisis and on-demand reporting after the incident.
DPD recently upgraded to CloseWatch3, a third generation of the Zeteky product line. It incorporates multiple elements developed during its close relationship to the excellent staff of the Dallas Police department.

Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana
Calcasieu Parish, located in southwestern Louisiana, is part of the Lake Charles, Louisiana Metropolitan Statistical Area with a population of 194,138 and is located in the center of the largest Petro-Chemical complex in the United States. Calcasieu Parish is experiencing an economic boom as a result of an expansion in the export LNG business and the continued expansion and modernization of the larger energy refining complex. Southern Louisiana is also home to four major gaming/resort properties.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is the primary law enforcement agency in the 1,118 square miles of unincorporated areas of Harris County.
